Persistent has been in business since 2019.  It was created out of Deluxe Corporation’s data business unit and specifically the Hostopia web hosting and email marketing platform Vertical Response, acquired in a private sale in 2022.  This access, coupled with the acquisition of PersonLink identity resolution platform, gave us exclusive access to the world class email and web unprecedented activity/signal volume that became Persistent.ID. 

Together with our sister company, Merchant Resource Group, a 25-year-old electronic payments company with tens of thousands of e-commerce merchants and deep strategic alliances built on blockchain and industry-first web3 technology, we’ve developed our business on secure payments gateways and tokenized transactions. We have collaborated with companies like GoDaddy, Network Solutions, web.com, and Hostgator, to name a few. 

It is now our mission to bridge these ecosystems on the blockchain and span these platforms with the most comprehensive, e-commerce centric, privacy friendly and become the fastest growing consent-based business in the world.

Our goal is to level the playing field with simplified MarTech solutions for small and medium sized businesses, with a focus on Wordpress/WooCommerce websites to not only secure their transactions, but help them sell more of their widgets and wares better and faster.
